1. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to register.
• Registration is strictly for individuals seeking a genuine and lawful matrimonial relationship.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Random verification checks may be conducted, including:
  • Document verification for sibling/friend/relative-managed profiles.
  • Selfie verification for profiles created by the user themselves.

2. Membership Types

Free Membership

• Provides limited access, including profile viewing and sending interest requests.

Premium Membership

Subscriptions include:

• Silver Plan: 1 Month
• Gold Plan: 3 Months
• Platinum Plan: 6 Months

Premium features include:

• Advanced search filters
• Direct messaging
• Priority support
• Personalized matchmaking services (future release)

Additional notes:

• Premium access begins immediately after a successful transaction.
• Technical issues do not extend or modify the subscription duration.
• The number of calls, messages, WhatsApp interactions, and profile views are limited as per the selected plan.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable, regardless of usage or account termination.
• Payments are processed through Google Pay, ensuring secure transactions.
• Auto-renewal (if applicable) applies unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Global Wedlock is not responsible for any additional charges levied by banks or card issuers.

4. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Global Wedlock is not liable for loss or damage caused by unauthorized account access.

5. Content & Communication

• Users must not upload or share any inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content. Violations may result in permanent account termination.
• All communication must remain respectful and within legal boundaries.
• Promotion of external products, services, or platforms is strictly prohibited.

6. Profile Verification & Authenticity

• Global Wedlock uses manual verification and AI-based checks to maintain authenticity.
• Fake, misleading, or fraudulent profiles will be permanently suspended without notice.
• Suspicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Zero Tolerance Policy

Accounts involved in the following will be terminated immediately and may face legal consequences:

• Racial, sexual, abusive, or derogatory behavior
• Scamming or fraudulent activity
• Impersonation or misrepresentation

8. Privacy & Data Usage

• User data is securely stored and managed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• We do not share personal contact details without user consent.
• Detailed information is available in our Privacy Policy.

9. Customized Matchmaking Services

• Premium users may choose personalized matchmaking, supported by a dedicated consultant.
• Consultants operate on a best-effort basis, and results may vary.

10. Termination of Services

• Users may delete their account at any time.
• Global Wedlock reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
• No reimbursement will be provided for early termination of premium membership.

11. Disclaimer

• Global Wedlock is a matchmaking platform and does not guarantee marriage or matching success.
• Users should perform their own due diligence when interacting with others.

12. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the local laws of the user’s respective country.
